The Justice Centre for Constitutional Freedoms (JCCF) is a Canadian public interest law firm and registered charity dedicated to defending the constitutional freedoms of Canadians through litigation, education, and advocacy. Founded in 2010 and headquartered in Calgary, Alberta, the JCCF focuses on Charter rights including freedom of expression, freedom of religion, freedom of assembly, and the right to life, liberty, and security of the person.

The JCCF has been one of the most active legal organizations defending sex-based rights in Canada. In April 2025, the JCCF — working alongside Charter Advocates Canada — filed a Charter challenge on behalf of caWsbar against the federal government's policy of housing transgender-identifying males in women's federal prisons. The lawsuit argues that this practice violates female inmates' rights under the Canadian Bill of Rights and the Charter.

The JCCF also defended nurse Amy Hamm in years of proceedings before the BC College of Nurses and Midwives after she was investigated for gender-critical speech made off-duty. The organization provides legal representation, public education, and resources on constitutional rights across a wide range of free expression and liberty cases.
