Women's Declaration International Canada (WDI Canada) is the Canadian chapter of Women's Declaration International, a global volunteer organization dedicated to protecting women's sex-based rights. The Canadian chapter launched in October 2020 and operates with national and provincial coordinators across the country.

WDI Canada promotes the Declaration on Women's Sex-Based Rights — an international document that reaffirms the sex-based protections women and girls are entitled to under existing human rights frameworks, and challenges the replacement of "sex" with "gender identity" in law and public policy. The Declaration has been signed by tens of thousands of women from more than 150 countries.

In Canada, WDI Canada has made submissions to Parliament on Bill C-6 (conversion therapy), Bill C-63 (Online Harms Act), and the Employment Equity Act Review Task Force. In 2024, WDI Canada and caWsbar made a joint submission to the 89th CEDAW Session. The organization connects women across Canada through monthly provincial and national Zoom meetings.
